I'm a Birmingham-based freelance journalist and communications specialist with an extensive writing career spanning more than 20 years.

With versatile writing skills and a nose for a story, I can turn my hand from news and business articles to lifestyle features including theatre reviews, travel and celebrity interviews.

When it comes to interviews, I have talked to people from all walks of life - from protesters to grieving families; celebrities to chief executives and politicians (including Theresa May and Tony Blair).
